Well today marks the 4 month mark for our wedding- I cannot wait!! BUT this means it's time to get serious about losing weight and looking hot in my wedding dress. So last night I met with a mom from the studio who is amazing for helping me set my goals of eating healthy and exercising regularly... I start Saturday :/
The plan is to eat every 3 hours- protein, vegetables, and healthy fats, drink AT LEAST 60oz of water, and incorporate vitamins and exercise. I know I can do it (especially since Justin is so amazing and is going to do it with me)! I will keep you posted with any smart recipes or ideas that have worked!
